About PUPA Pediatric Care
PUPA is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (PPEC) with daycare programs designed for fragile infants and children from 0 to 21 years old who are medically and technologically dependent and require short, long, or intermittent-term medical and mental care. Our daycare programs consist of nursing, developmental therapies and psychotherapeutic care for children and support for their families.
We are open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday and Sundays from 8am to 2pm offering services up to 12 hours a day covered 100% with Medicaid.

Therapeutic Center
Our therapeutic environments have been designed to create sensory experiences through objects that stimulate problem-solving, language development, motor skills, and social interaction helping them to reach their life goals.
Sensory Room
Our sensory room provides physical and mental stimulus for children with physical disabilities, developmental delays and sensory impairments. Sensory rooms help children learn to self-regulate their behaviors, which ultimately improves focus and sensory integration.
Therapy and Learning Rooms
In Pupa, we have therapeutic environments duly equipped for therapies. In these spaces, our therapists stimulate problem-solving, language development, physical, cognitive, and motor skills, as well as social interaction.
Children Rooms
We have large spaces created for the daily care of up to 21 children. Under a therapeutic environment, where children continue to stimulate their sensory abilities through ambient sounds, lights, and educative objects. Also, we have implemented an isolated room in order to prevent spread infections if necessary.

FREE Transportation
We provide transportation services to all Medicaid-eligible children that receive services at PUPA. Our transportation is able to pick up the child from home or school, to our center, and then return them home. Pick-up and drop-off times are coordinated alongside parents.
FREE Healthy Meals
In Pupa we always try to keep our children healthy, that’s why we offer a very healthy menu completely free.
